Luxury Suite 
Our Mountainside Luxury Suite offers a bedroom with a King size bed, separate living room and a kitchenette. The bathroom is always the most pleasant surprise for those lucky enough to reserve the suite. It features a lovely 2-person whirlpool tub and an oversize shower with stylish glass block walls. Also included is a stackable clothes washer/dryer. Both the bedroom and the living room have balconies and their own TV's. Kitchenette is complete with refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave oven. We even supply the dishes, flatware and cookware.

Location 

Liberty Mountain Resort is nestled in Carroll Valley, Pennsylvania near the scenic Catoctin Mountains. Just 8 miles southwest of historic Gettysburg, and 5 miles north of Emmitsburg, MD, the Resort is convenient from both the Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, DC metro areas, as well as all of South Central Pennsylvania.

Resort Facilities

Located on 275 beautiful acres, the resort offers over 23,000 square feet of multifunctional meeting space. Rooms range from the well-appointed Strata Boardroom to the spacious Alpine room featuring a stone fireplace and mountain-side views. The main lodge also features a three-tiered deck for outdoor gatherings. The backside of the mountain features the newly built Boulder Ridge log style lodge which in the summer is ideal and for both weddings and corporate retreats and is home in the winter to 15 lanes for snow tubing. The onsite Liberty Mountain Hotel is open year around and offers 41 comfortable guest rooms, including one luxury suite. With nine venues of various sizes, and our exceptional catering service, accommodations can be arranged for most any style event.

The Liberty Mountain Hotel offers King and Double guestrooms which include cable TV, private voicemail, and computer ports. Our luxury suite features a living area, kitchenette and whirlpool tub. Guests enjoy a continental breakfast with their stay. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, we offer a large outdoor swimming pool. Other onsite activities for our hotel guests include hiking, croquet & horseshoes (by request), and adjacent are exercise facilities, billiards and golf. In the winter months we feature 16 trails and 6 chairlifts for skiing and snowboarding and 15 lanes for snow tubing.

Area Attractions  

Activities are plentiful in the region. The Carroll Valley Resort championship golf course is located next door, as well as several additional courses within a few miles drive. For hikers and outdoor enthusiasts, the Appalachian Trail and Catoctin Mountain State Park are nearby. The Gettysburg area is rich in history, and offers tours, museums and sightseeing. Nearby shopping options are diverse and include a multitude of antique shops, the Gettysburg Outlet Center, and Boyd’s Bear Country.
