Whether you are new to skiing or snowboarding or have been enjoying fun on the snow for years, our skilled instructors will make your time on the snow the best it can be. Liberty Mountain introduces more people to skiing and snowboarding than most resorts in the nation. Our First Class Learn to Ski and Snowboard Package and Mountain Passport program is a tried and true method, and we guarantee your success! Forget standing in the ticket lines unsure of what to buy! Our First Class Package is as little as $56, and includes everything you need for your very first day on the slopes, including:

Programs and Packages for All Ability Levels All Mountain Packages For more advanced skiers and riders. Packages include a lift ticket valid on all lifts that are open that day, a one hour class lesson at your ability level, and use of rental ski or snowboard equipment. Peak Periods - December 25, 2009- January 2, 2011; January 15-17, 2011; February 19-21, 2011. Class Lessons Class lessons for ages 8 and up are available every day for all ability levels. Please refer to the scheduled meeting times below and meet with your equipment on the snow side of the Learning Center. Lift ticket and rental equipment are not included. Lesson Times Women's Exclusive Snowboard Lessons! While we offer Burton women's equipment and teach snowboard lessons to women every day, you are guaranteed a 100% Women's Only lesson, at any ability level, at 11am every Saturday and Sunday! These lessons are open to women of all ages (8 and up). Gather your friends, your daughters, your mother and see how much fun snowboarding can be! Private Lessons Private lessons provide a level of attention that only a one-on-one situation can achieve. Your instructor will be totally focused on you, and you alone! Private lessons are great for taking care of specific problems that you may be having, or for our guests who prefer not to be in a group environment. Reservations are recommended for Private Lessons. *Please note - 3 year old children are only eligible for a one hour, one-on-one lesson due to the attention span of the child. Multi-week Clinics for Intermediate & Advanced Skiers and Riders We offer a variety of multi-week clinics that are focused on taking skiers and riders to the next level. From racing and carving clinics, to lessons on conquering the moguls, we can help make your on mountain experience more rewarding. Visit our development page for more details on the programs we offer. Ski with Me If you would like to accompany your child in their lesson, try "Ski With Me". This is a special private lesson for your child ages 3 and older. The parent receives tips from the instructor on how to help the child's skills develop. This 1 hour special private lesson for your child is $100. The cost for an additional child is $50. We ask that you only have an additional child participate when both children are over the age of 5. The cost for an additional parent is $10. Parents participating in 'Ski with Me' must also be on a ski or board, and have a decent knowledge of how to ski or board themselves before the lesson. Silver Streak Program - Age 50+ Recapture the thrill of skiing down a snowy slope. Tune up your skills. Get in shape for your next trip out West. Whether you are a beginner or a double diamond skier, we have a class for you. Learn the latest techniques for dynamic turns or step up to a new level of performance. Then relax over lunch with your instructors and fellow Silver Streakers. This group ski lesson is held every Wednesday morning at 10am, beginning January 6th, and is open to the 'over 50' set. The program with a 4 hour lift ticket is $46, with an 8 hour lift ticket is $50, and includes a two hour lesson and lunch. Rentals are not included. Register at the Learning Center desk. Terrain Park Instruction We offer Terrain Park instruction on an individual level to include education on available features, safety issues, terrain park and pipe etiquette, at the ability level appropriate for the rider. Before visiting the resort for this lesson, please call 717-642-8282 x3317 to make a reservation. Register at the Learning Center desk, located in the Clock Tower Building. These lessons are subject to the availability of a qualified Ski or Snowboard Instructor at the appropriate level. A signed release is required and a parent or guardian must sign if child is under 18. Helmets are required for this clinic - bring your own or rent one at the resort. Cost for this one hour clinic is $85. |
