Reception Venue Information

Alpine Room – Our most spacious room which can accommodate up to 230 guests. It has large windows throughout which overlook our beautiful mountain setting. It features vaulted ceilings, a grand stone fireplace and is decorated in tones of taupe and champagne.
Eastwind Room – This slopeside venue accommodates up to 175 guests. There is a private entryway with a tastefully decorated lobby area. The Eastwind room décor features shades of plum and beige. Silver sconce lighting lends itself perfectly for a romantic and formal affair.
Boulder Ridge – Our most popular venue! Accessed by a private tree lined drive, this newly constructed log building features authentic post and beam constuction and a beautifully crafted stone fireplace. The beauty of the outdoors can be enjoyed through an abundance of floor to ceiling windows. This spectacular lodge offers seating for over 200 guests, and includes a beautiful wrap around deck, tumbled brick patio and lawn area. Boulder Ridge is truly a one of a kind setting your guests will long remember.
Note: Due to its exclusivity and private location there is an additional $1000 rental fee.
Please Note: Saturday events have a 125 person guest guarantee. Should your count fall below 125 guests you are financially responsible for the minimum guarantee requirement.
Special Savings!
Save four dollars per guest when you book your receptionon any Friday evening or Sunday. The following Wedding Packages apply when your guest counts are in the following range:
- 50-74 Guests - Crystal Package only
- 75-124 Guests - Champagne or Crystal Package
- 125 or more guests - Satin, Champagne or Crystal Package
Ceremony Location Information
Ceremony location sites $400 per hour. Please Note: Outdoor ceremony chairs are required and are an additional charge based on the chair type selected.
